We have carefully selected the best possible camping places for your route to drive in Namibia and experience the typical "NAM FLAVA" style. Below you can get an impression of the places you will visit, the possible add-on activities you can chose when booking with us.
 

 WINDHOEK
(Urban Camp)

Beautifully located in the capital city Windhoek, it's the perfect spot to have your first and last day of camping. As it is located in the city to do your first-day shopping and also convenient to have your last stop before you are off to the airport, but still in the spirit of NAM FLAVA camping!-)
 

WINDHOEK CITY & TOWNSHIP TOUR

Experience Namibia's capital city and surrounding township in an old VW Bus.  Unique, different, and a lot of fun. The NAM FLAVA City Tours will take you around Windhoek to the most highlighted spots with a fully experienced city guide. And you will have a chance to meet the local people, taste local food & drinks, and learn a lot about the history of Windhoek.

EXTRA ADD ON: €39,- per person / 3-4 hour Trip including drinks

 SOSSUSVLEI
(SOSSUS OASIS CAMP)

Exclusive camping at the entrance gate to the Namib Naukluft Park and Sossusvlei - the area well known for the towering red sand dunes of the Namib Desert, the iconic scorched trees of Deadvlei and the remarkable depths of the Sesriem Canyon.

NAMIB SKY BALLOON SAFARI

At sunrise, in the world’s oldest desert, witness a spectacular hot air balloon inflation, and set out on the flight of a lifetime. At landing, you come back to earth with an “Out Of Africa” style Champagne breakfast set up in the middle of nowhere. It is an experience like no other, the experience of a lifetime.

 SWAKOPMUND
(HOTEL A LA MER)

Camping in the coastal area of Namibia is not really recommended from our side, that's why we chose a perfectly located close to the ocean (city center) little hotel that you will enjoy for a few days not setting up your tent in the evening, but rather strolling through the beautiful town of Swakopmund and maybe eating out in of the recommended restaurants you will receive a list of once you book our tour with us.

LIVING DESERT TOUR

The Living Desert Tour “little 5” is an exciting educational tour that discovers the beauty and life within the coastal dunes of the Namib. This tour focuses on the fauna and flora of the dune belt and includes a 4x4 scenic dune drive with excellent photographic opportunities, and is suitable for adults and children.

 TWYVELFONTEIN
(MOWANI CAMP)

An amazing camping spot in the Damaraland, right in the middle of so many great attractions that you can do before or after your camping in between the large bolder mountains which the bushmen used to call their home back in the days.
 

 ETOSHA
(OUTPOST CAMP)

Being a mere 6.5 km from the Andersson entrance gate to Etosha National Park, Etosha Trading Post is the ideal camping place with also has the opportunity to refuel, refresh and stock up on grocery supplies, snacks, drinks as well as delicious farm-style take away meals. Our extensive curio deck is the perfect place to browse for the ultimate keepsake or gift for your loved ones.

 ETOSHA
(ONGUMA TAMBOTI CAMP)

Beautiful camping places in the bushes of Onguma Reserve, allowing enough privacy and space. Each campsite has its own private washrooms with spacious bathrooms, showers, and separate toilets and covered washrooms, as well as plenty of power outlets for charging cameras and coolers, which are also included with each pitch. The main building with a restaurant, where you can watch the hustle and bustle at the waterhole while enjoying a hearty meal, is also part of it, as is a small supermarket and a shady terrace for relaxing.

 MOUNT ETJO
(DINOSAUR CAMP)

The campsites are about 3 km from the main lodge and are hidden in the bushes right by a waterhole that is regularly visited by smaller, harmless animals. Each campsite has hot/cold water, light, en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower, sink, 220v electricity, a wood fire pit, and a small table. Daytime activities include the walk to the over 200 million-year-old dinosaur footprints just walking distance from the campsite. Campsite visitors are allowed to participate in all activities and meals offered at the lodge.
